Overview

Robert attended the University of Toronto and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1988. He was called to the Bar in 1990. He has practiced primarily in the field of personal injury litigation, representing injured individuals in pursuing their claims against insurance companies for damages arising out of motor vehicle and slip and fall accidents. Robert is a Notary Public and a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association and the Advocates’ Society. Robert has been successful in trial at the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal, as well as the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Appeals Unit at the Commission and the Canadian Pension Plan (CPP) Appeals Review Tribunal. Outside of work, Robert is an accomplished runner, having completed ten marathons and two ultra-marathons to date in New York, Ottawa, Toronto and Mississauga, as well as having competed in many other races of varying distances.
